The Opportunity: Management Consulting Associate / Workstream Leader
Workstream Leaders are integral to SMA consulting teams and participate in all aspects of project work including leading primary and secondary research, managing project logistics, overseeing junior team members, working with Subject Matter Experts, developing presentations, summarizing findings, and analyzing data. Workstream Leaders work closely with SMA Engagement Leaders and clients to develop a deep understanding of our clients’ issues and challenges to create strategies for meaningful change, secure client buy-in to proposed solutions, and work alongside clients to make those solutions happen. Successful applicants possess excellent project management and communications skills, and have significant experience overseeing a range of analytical activities and quality assurance.Career Stage: Associate

About You: You have 5 to 8 years of experience
Desired Skills & Experience include: Maturity, drive, intellectual curiosity, strategic intuition; Demonstrated experience managing teams, workstreams, and clients; Ability to interact with poise at the senior executive level; Ability to work effectively in a small team where all members are expected to take on significant responsibility including, as required, research and analytical tasks; Demonstrated success in a rigorous academic program and in previous work experience; Outstanding quantitative and qualitative analytical skills; Superb written, oral, and interpersonal skills are assumed; Interest and experience in aerospace, healthcare, or government industries is a plus.

You are a citizen of the country where the opportunity is located or have to right to work in that country, and have completed the appropriate level of education in a relevant field.
