CAM Interview Training to Improve your EVMS Reviews
CAM Interview Training helps Control Account Managers (CAMs) prepare for government reviews. It’s similar to the interview portion of an EVMS Mock Review, both aim to achieve favorable government review. You can choose from two versions of this training:
- Full Interview Simulation: A realistic mock interview with immediate feedback.
- Coaching-Focused Training: More mentoring, less assessment. Ideal before a Progress Assessment Visit, Validation Review, or Compliance Review.

What You Get
Our CAM interview training sessions are run by government review experts, who are well-versed in the nuances of post award activities. They know what questions to expect, how interviews are conducted, and how CAMs should respond.
After the sessions, each CAM receives a detailed recap, identifying what went well and citing specific actions for developing technique. We also provide management with a summary of CAM performance, systemic issues, and actions for the group.
Optionally, we'll test CAM EVMS knowledge both before and after the interviews, to gauge the effectiveness of the interview training.
