Stakeholder Influence

We help you drive program success through methodical stakeholder analysis, identifying centers of influence—individuals and organizations—to provide a map for constituent engagement. Without a thorough understanding of what defines the categories of stakeholders, any outreach will be limited. We provide a comprehensive understanding of who the source selection decision-makers, evaluators, and influencers are. Our grasp of the attributes of the various characteristics of key stakeholders, allows us to provide timely and accurate assessment of where individual personalities are at any time in the stakeholder map.
We incrementally build a comprehensive influence map that identifies key program stakeholders. Further, we develop detailed stakeholder profiles for the most relevant constituents to support communications planning. This includes identification of connections between decision makers and influencers across stakeholder communities as a foundation to effective targeting and engagement.

Influence Map

We identify and group relevant stakeholders into meaningful segments that may impact the program. This analysis identifies your champions and the program champions, key decision makers and influencers, and other critical constituents. It identifies connections between stakeholders and assesses their relative influence on the program. This is an example influence map:

Stakeholder Profiles

We develop profiles for relevant stakeholders inclusive of mission, political, economic, aspirational, international views, and other considerations: what they think of the program (and you). Stakeholder profiles help identify your specific program strengths and weaknesses to support win strategy messaging and actions.
