Role Overview: An Orals Lead/ Coach works directly with a Proposal Manager, Capture Manager, and Graphic Artist to bring targeted aspects of a proposal into an orals presentation (typically PowerPoint) that reflects the brand and image of the main proposal, defining the flow, structure, and timing of the orals presentation, ensuring compliance with RFP requirements at all times. They coach the presentation team on effective public presentation skills, including techniques to manage nerves, project confidence and improve the speaking voice. They have video-record rehearsals and work with the team to address weaknesses until the team is confident and presentation is seamless.

Pay: Project-based at approximately $71.50/hour ranging from $55.00/hour to $88.00/hour USD (paid in the currency of residence)
