In 2006, Adish left SM&A to become Vice President for Oracle’s North American Public Sector, where he restructured their capture management team supporting federal, state, local, education, and Canadian markets, improving their processes, increasing win rate, and increasing revenues by 200%. Two years later, he moved to managing Oracle’s business consulting practice in the Western North America region.

In 2013, he then moved to SAP as Head of Sales for State, Local, Education, and Healthcare, where he managed sales and escalations for Western region for SAP Services, later becoming Vice President in SAP’s Value Management Office, where he led an internal improvement initiative supporting 11 Americas marketing units to improve effectiveness of sales/field teams on large strategic deals in the government and commercial marketplaces.

Adish became an independent Proposal and Capture Management Consultant in 2014, assisting his clients win and execute strategic programs, acting as a win strategist, capture manager, proposal manager, volume lead, technical writer, orals slide volume lead, orals coach, and color team reviewer.

He rejoined SMA in 2017, providing support as a Capture and Proposal Manager on several classified proposals, as well as the towing, salvage, and rescue ship (T-ATS) for US Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA), and multiple state programs.

Adish graduated from Georgetown University with a BS in International Affairs.

We send our sincere condolences to his wife Emilie and their two daughters.
